  1. Sounds like a solid week of training. I personally track my workouts on excel. I used to use hand written but I like being able to easily compare. I think that tracking workouts is so beneficial for improvement (for anyone).

    1. I never thought of excel! I'll have to try that. I think it also keeps you accountable. You see right in front of you when you only did 1 workout or 3 miles in a week haha

  5. I use Daily Mile and I have a running log. I personally like the log way better. I make them myself, so I have a slot for my pace, and keeping track of the mileage on my shoes. :)

  7. I track workouts in two ways. (1) I track weight watchers activity points for any type of workout in the WW website. (2) I track my runs in an excel spreadsheet I built. It lets me easily see miles per week, miles on each pair of shoes, some brief notes about the run, that kind of thing. I technically also track runs on the Garmin website, but that's automated from my GPS watch.

  8. Yes! I track old-school like you in a notebook & enter my info from my Garmin in the book. I keep a separate notebook to plan out workouts, recipes/meals to make, and all other outside-of-work tasks so that I can plan my days to be sure I get my workouts in.
